When you place you order on the Comfortz Leisure Ltd website you will be asked to confirm that you accept our terms and conditions laid out here.

Any tailor-made items which are made to order are non refundable unless the materials used or work which has been carried out is proven to be faulty.



When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received and accepted your order. Please note that if there has been a mistake in pricing or delivery costs that would have been obvious to the customer, we reserve the right to request additional payment for the correct amount or cancel the order.


We aim to get your order delivered to you as soon as possible, normally within 48 hour from shipped notice (not including weekends). The vast majority of items are kept in stock, however some specialist items are manufactured to order which could have up to two weeks waiting time. These products should be obvious, such as custom size mattress and upholstery. Bank holidays and the School summer holidays are very busy times for us and lead-times will be extended dependent on order levels.

Free delivery & standard delivery charges apply to mainland UK addresses only, any address outside of the mainland UK, Europe or World Wide will be applied at cost – we do not profit from delivery charges. Please contact us for exact costs.

Customers will normally receive their order two working days after collection from ourselves but this may, in exceptional circumstances, take up to 5 working days. We will send you an email when your order has left our premises. Please consider these timescales in mind before contacting us about non-delivery.

As we use external parcel carriers we cannot be held responsible for any delays or non delivery of the products ordered.
All delivery dates offered are entered into in good faith, but cannot be guaranteed. It is our recommendation that no work should be undertaken until the goods have arrived.

If your item is not in stock for a web order, we will email you before deciding how to proceed.



Our order and payment processes are fully secured using a 128-bit encryption payment gateway provided by Sage Pay who handle over 4 billion transactions for the UK market each year. Customers may pay by credit/debit card. If you wish to use an existing PayPal account we are also able to accept payment using this method, which is presented as an option during checkout.

How to Place an Order – Including Discount Codes

Placing an order with Comfortz Leisure is easy. You automatically register your details when you place your first order online. We are also able to take orders and process payment over the telephone if you prefer. Please call us on 01246 825541 with your requirements.

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an online order :

  1. Find the Items You Want
  2. Add the Items to Your Shopping Cart using the 'Add to Cart' button. To remove an item from your cart, tick the Remove cross next to the item. To change quantities for an item, enter the revised number and click the Update button.
  3. For discount code entry, click ‘View Cart’ and enter the code in the ‘Use coupon code section.
  4. Proceed to Checkout using the Checkout button.
  5. Sign In as a Returning Customer or a Create a New Account.
  6. Check the Shipping Address and change / create a new one if necessary.
  7. Choose a Shipping Method.
  8. Choose a Payment Method.
  9. Review and Submit Your Order - you must tick the box indicating that you agree to our Terms & Conditions.
  10. Make your payment using your chosen method with our secure payment partner
  11. Check Your Order Status in your Account


Under the distance selling regulations, if you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website, for a full refund of the original goods purchased. Your cancellation rights expire 14 calendar days after receipt of the goods. The distance selling regulations or as they are now know ‘Consumer contracts’ (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_catalog/file/429300/bis-13-1368-consumer-contracts-information-cancellation-and-additional-payments-regulations-guidance.pdf) provide further information regarding your cancellation rights. Deemed delivery date will be 2 working days from date of posting. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing or via email using the contact information on this website.

Goods returned due to cancellation must be complete with any original packaging and be in a re-saleable condition, i.e. not damaged, stained or used. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to Comfortz Leisure Ltd. We will issue a full refund for the original goods purchased.

Tailor-made or customised Items are non returnable unless faulty.




You must contact us before returning any products, we will only accept returns if we know about them.

You may, at our discretion, return a product at your expense and we will give you a refund, excluding any delivery charges (Typical Charge would be circa £10.30). We also reserve the right to deduct a 15% restocking fee from any refunds.
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund. Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days of the product being delivered to you. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.

Due to the vast amount of different uses of our products we cannot be held responsible for any third party damage incurred in their use.


Our terms, cancellation and returns policies do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way, please contact us and we will do our utmost to arrange a satisfactory outcome for you
