Frequently Asked Questions
Are the Motorhomes fully insured?
Our Motorhomes are covered by comprehensive motor insurance; this applies to Europe (extra charge) as well. However it does not cover your personal belongings, so we recommend that you ensure you are covered by a personal insurance policy for your peace of mind.
Why do you require a security deposit/bond of £1000?
The security deposit/bond is refundable upon return of the Motorhome on time, undamaged, with a clean hob, sink and fridge & with the chemical toilet cassette cleaned & emptied (If chosen as an extra option). In the event of damage to our vehicle (internally or externally) the £1000 or part of would go towards the repair. Should the repair be in excess of £1000 this pays the insurance excess. For any insurance claim or accidental damage (internally or externally) £1000 is your maximum liability.
